Factual Question:
What are some of the issues that domestic workers face in their workplaces?
The working conditions of domestic workers have been treated badly since the very beginning. As if they don't already struggle with having to maintain a lifestyle because companies they work for do not provide steady income because they are interested in their own profits for themselves, these workers now have to struggle unfair treatment even while they work. The UAE and the Indian government has laws and human rights which ensure that these problems do not happen, but a lot of the times, these workers aren't aware that such rights and laws even exist. This means, they are stuck in a job where they do not think they do anything about the problems that they are facing. Employers often exploit these worker's lack of education both economically and socially, these include less pay, working over hours and even discrimination against in the form of assault. What's worse is that this issue almost goes unrecognized and these workers are left once again with situations that they cannot come out of and continue to be exploited.

Conceptual Question:
What role do systemic loopholes play in the overall discrimination that domestic workers?
systemic discrepancies are essentially the reason why these discriminations happen. Of course, there are external forms of prejudices as well, however, a key issue is the internalization of these problems which start off from the very companies itself. These systemic loopholes could include corrupt workers, glamorization of profit in work routines etc. all of this contributes to the overall greed and need for profits and thus the overworking of the most vulnerable (domestic workers) and paying them less to attain the highest possible revenue.

Debatable Question:
To what extent does the greed for profit effect lower socio-economic backgrounded workers more than other workers?
Lower socio economic background worked mostly come from uneducated or little educated background. That limits their ability to be fully aware of their rights and often organizations use this loop hole to their advantage by either getting them signed one sided contracts or get them sign papers of the benefits or services which were never rendered to them. Typically large organizations follows regulations which doesn’t allow them to discriminate their employees but to circumvent the same, these organization don’t hire these workers directly but indirectly through the other small organizations as contractors (thus avoiding any direct fall out).
